Your use of the SMS text message and alert service regarding Volt jobs (“Service”) is governed by the terms and conditions below. The Service includes Short Code 56211 and other informational SMS text messaging and alerts provided by Volt. Use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these terms, which take effect when you sign up for the Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not sign up for the Service.
Volt reserves the right to alter and/or change these terms and conditions from time to time. Additionally, Volt may discontinue the Service at any time.
You represent that you are the owner or customary user of the wireless device you use to subscribe to the Service and that you are authorized to approve any applicable charges. The Service as well as the content and materials received through the Service are proprietary to Volt and our licensors, and is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You shall not damage, impair, interfere with or disrupt the Service or its functionality.
You may enroll to the Short Code 56211 service by texting JOB, WORK, JOIN or START to 56211. By subscribing to the Service, you consent to receiving 1 SMS message from Short Code 56211 per request. The SMS message will contain links that will allow you to join the Volt talent community.
Additionally, by subscribing to the Service and continued use of the Service, you consent to receiving other informational SMS messages and alerts that provides you with messages about recruitment, employment and marketing. The frequency of these SMS messages varies.
You can cancel the Short Code 56211 service at any time by texting STOP to 56211. You may cancel receiving other informational SMS text service by texting STOP to the sending phone number. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed from that service. Thereafter, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that service. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
Volt does not charge for any content. However, you may incur charges from your wireless carrier. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
Neither Volt nor the carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
